Injuries: Chiropractic Treatments can help

Range of Motion-
When the muscles of our body are tight and in spasm, they inhibit
our flexibility. Many of these muscle spasms can be traced back
to misalignments in our spine. Spinal misalignments irritate the
nerves that exit the spine. These nerves communicate with the muscles
f our body and, when irritated, lead to binding and spasm of the
muscles. Although stretching our muscles can help temporarily, they

within our body, including muscle contraction and reaction time.
