Injuries: Chiropractic Treatments can help
Better
Range of Motion- When the muscles of our body are tight
and in spasm, they inhibit our flexibility. Many of these muscle
spasms can be traced back to misalignments in our spine. Spinal
misalignments irritate the nerves that exit the spine. These nerves
communicate with the muscles f our body and, when irritated, lead
to binding and spasm of the muscles. Although stretching our muscles
can help temporarily, they will tighten again if the spinal misalignment
is not corrected. Chiropractic adjustments realign the bones of
the spine, reducing nerve irritation and interference, so that muscle
spasm can be relieved and flexibility regained.

Performance- Stress and anxiety eat away at our body, draining
us of vital energy. This stress and tension can lead to spinal misalignments
